Emergent BioSolutions to Release Third Quarter 2007 Financial Results on November 2, 2007; Management Will Conduct a Conference Call to Discuss Results as Well as Provide an Update on Business Developments

ROCKVILLE, Md.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Oct. 22, 2007–Emergent BioSolutions Inc. (NYSE:EBS), announced today that it will report financial results for the third quarter 2007 on Friday, November 2, 2007, before market open.

Company management will host a conference call at 9:00 am Eastern on November 2, 2007 to discuss these financial results and to provide an update on business developments, including the status of the BioThrax procurement contract negotiations with DoD.
