Emergent BioSolutions to Hold Annual Meeting of Stockholders

ROCKVILLE, Md.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–June 11, 2007–Emergent BioSolutions Inc. (NYSE:EBS) announced today that it will hold its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Thursday June 14, 2007 beginning at 10:00 am Eastern Time at the Hyatt Regency Bethesda, One Metro Center, 7400 Wisconsin Avenue, Bethesda, Maryland.
