Michelle leads by example, cultivating a work environment where employees can be their best and do their best work. She is passionate about achieving business results that positively impact patients, partners, and customers and equally passionate about supporting team members as they engage, learn, and contribute. Michelle has responsibility for human resource programs and processes, and company initiatives such as flexible work arrangement, leadership and employee development, and creating a sense of belonging and inclusion, which serve to evolve Emergent’s culture.

Michelle joined Emergent in 2015. Prior to her tenure at Emergent, Michelle led HR functions in the automotive and food industries.
