Jennifer is an experienced attorney with a background in life science. Together, these skill sets uniquely position her to guide Emergent through the constantly changing world of biopharmaceuticals.

After graduating with a master’s degree in biochemistry and molecular biology, Jennifer worked as a research scientist-turned-inventor, which sparked an interest in patent work — and eventually led to law school. After receiving her degree, Jennifer honed her legal expertise in pharma and biotechnology law for more than a decade at GlaxoSmithKline and at intellectual property law firm Brinks, Gilson & Leone. She joined Emergent’s leadership team in 2018 and became a member of the executive management team in March 2022.
